-Description of BT-800 Mosaic Tile Cutters
BT-800 Mosaic Tile Cutters, this is a cutting mosaic tile with tile cutter, it is specialized to cut tile strips or mosaics. It can install 7-8 blades on the spindle, which can cut the tile into several strips in one time. For example, cut 800x800mm tiles, it can install 7pcs of blades, and cut into 10pcs of 98x100 strips. The machine mainly is mainly used to cut strips, the width of strips decided by the distance of blades, which can be adjust by spacer and gasket.
BT-800 automatic continuous tiles cutting machine are suitable for all kinds of ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, wall and floor tiles, glazed tiles, vitrified tiles. It can big tiles into small strip tiles and mosaic tiles. Different width can be processed simultaneously with chipping free cutting edges, and also chamfering function. The width of processing was set from 30mm to 600mm & 800mm. The machines are with advanced design, and high accuracy of main axle of cutting head. The cutting spindles can be up and down simultaneously by electricity. The conveyor belt of "V" shape was welded as orientation at the bottom of conveyer belt assuring cutting in straight line, is not only high efficiency but also perfect.
